MINDFULNESS PRE-STUDY

Hello, my name is Marina! I am delighted that you are accompanying me, in this Pre-Study Mindfulness.

Our brain learns best, when it is relaxed, emitting alpha and theta waves. Therefore, it is important that before we start studying, we do a Mindfulness to relax it, and create positive affirmations, to learn more easily.

We will use breathing, and guided visualization, to achieve this.

Now, we sit at our desk, in silence, calm, we close our eyes …

 AND, WE BEGIN:

 I take a deep breath, and breathe out little by little (x3)

 Now, I pay attention to my feet, which are stepping on the ground. I imagine, how the Energy of the Earth, reaches the soles of my feet, and ascends through: my calves, my legs, my hips … the abdomen, and there, it envelops all its organs …

The Energy of the Earth, continues to ascend, reaches the Thorax, and envelops all its elements…

 The Energy continues to rise, through the neck, face, and stops in the brain… Then, it activates the neurons, so that, today’s study is, easy and fun…

 Now I take a deep breath, and visualize a large and transparent bubble enveloping me. In it, there are floating Flakes of: Concentration, Memory, Speed ​​Reading, Comprehension…

 These Flakes, I will use them throughout today’s study, as I need them…

 Today, I’m going to have fun learning, and I give Thanks for it!
